Bonafide Youth and Kids World Events

We have several activities coming up in the next few weeks for our children and teens.  Kids World (ages 7-12) will be having a Scavenger Hunt Sunday afternoon October 7th.  October is UGM Homeless Shelter month so we will be doing kitchen work on October 14th.  Our youth will also be having a picnic day on October 8th.  Details to follow!

Fall Retreats Dates are November 2nd - 4th for Kids and November 30th - December 2nd for Youth!!! Registration cost for both retreats will be $42 if paid by October 10th.  Registration goes up to $52 after the 10th.  Both groups will leave at 11 AM on departure day.  All public school students will need early dismissal.  A great time awaits this fall at Discovery Camp Retreats!

DiscipleSHIP LIVE iT NOW: All youth who attend are encouraged to bring sleeping bags, cots, and even a tent if they have one!  LIVE iT NOW is our overnight discipleship weekend.  Campfire, small groups, team projects and tons of other good stuff!  We start up at 9ish PM on Friday (most arrive after football) and will end 11ish AM on Saturday.  No cost, just bring Bible and sleeping supplies.  This is NOT A LOCK-IN!! :)  We hope to have a bonfire and a campout on the baseball field.  Forming relationSHIPS, developing leaderSHIP, campfire fellowSHIP, and preparing our teens for the championSHIP of Christ!  Permission slips are required.

Kids World is hosting an O'Mazing Scavenger Hunt this Sunday on October 7th.  Teams will have lots of fun, make great memories, and compete for some great prizes.  Adults will oversee each team just to make sure that they have a great time.  Everyone meet at the church.  Hunt time is 3:00-5:00.
