What Will You Do

Will you do it? Will you and your family take the 30 Day Prayer Challenge? The Holy Spirit has prompted me to gather families to pray, but not for a special prayer night or prayer service at church. We are to pray together as families for 30 days. When do you start? Whenever you are ready! Don't wait till it is convenient. If you do, it will never be convenient!

Do you currently pray with your family? Do you take and make the time to hold hands, or sit in same room and call on God together. We believe that "#pray30days" is not only going to impact your family, but our entire church body.

I know there are different shapes and sizes of our families. There are single moms, and single dads. There are families going through separation and divorce. There are families with children who attend church, but not parents, there are wives who attend without husbands, and husbands without wives, etc, etc. Regardless of the situation...lets pray. Our theme is "A family that PRAYS together". Our scripture is Joshua 24:15 "...as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."

I'm asking you to go to www.fbccm.com/pray30days - there is a short video, but also a place where you can post that you and your family will take the challenge and pray for 30 days. We also have handouts at the church for your participating family members to sign and post in a visable spot in your home as a reminder of the prayer decision. Our Wednesday services and activities are targeting the family, marriage, and parenting.
